Something of a bad week

sigh. Time for me to complain. Now, none of this is the fault of my procrastination...but somehow, I think that makes it worse!

I have a presentation every day this week, but Friday. Two on Tuesday. On Friday, major paper due.

I think I would rather curl up in a tiny ball and sob for a while.

sigh. At least I only have this week of classes - Revision week - Finals week...and then I get to come home [Yeay!]

Yes, come home to yuletide cheer and Christmas smells and the rush of complete and utter comercialism! Ooh - I can't wait!

Ready? Break!!

So we've been released from the madhouse for a whole week. Many get to go home. Some are stuck at school (Sorry). What are you doing???

Personally, I have too many papers to write and too many books to read, so naturally I will spend most of my break watching movies with my cousins. But I will live at home and I don't have to drive to La Sierra for a whole week. All of this is negated by the fact that I will spend Thanksgiving dinner in Riverside. I just can't get away.

So, what are you plans? I want full descriptions and details. Don't worry about length, I have all week to read them!

Wow, that was corny. Sorry.

News from UK

sigh.

Two 'all-nighters' in one week. Staying up until 5.00 and getting back up at 7.00 to finish.

Rushing around, hoping classes are canceled so I can properly finish both papers.

sigh. I hate putting research papers off.

Reall. I do.

sigh.

Honors Happy Hour

That's right. Happy Hour! I refuse to call it Dessert Hour, because I'm then tempted to call it Desert Hour, and who would want to come to that?

(In all reality, I hesitate to call it an anything "hour" because it's really only scheduled for forty-five minutes. What a rip-off.) ;)

In any case, come one, come all to Honors Happy Hour!

The Date: Thursday, November 11, 2004
The Time: 5:15-6:00pm
The Double Incentive: Brownies and Ice Cream

Come, and bring a friend (as long as they're also in the Honors program)! ;)

Tis Election Day

And I shall be very, very disappointed with those of you who are of age, are citizens of these United States, and still did not vote. If you did not register, shame on you. If you did not request an absentee ballot when you needed one, shame on you. If you think it doesn't matter, shame on you.

Indeed, I'm looking into forming a brute squad to help get these points across. Any volunteers? =)
